This policy is part of our terms of service and applies to every customer of the Passin platform and every user of the products we operate.
You may not use Passin to
- break the law, or help others break it;
- sell or facilitate anything on the payment providers' prohibited or restricted business lists (for example Stripe's), including illegal drugs, weapons, adult content, gambling, counterfeit goods, unlicensed financial services, or multi-level marketing;
- collect payments on behalf of a business other than your own;
- send spam, phishing or malware, or run credential-stuffing or account-takeover attempts;
- bypass, probe or overload our systems, or another customer's, beyond normal API use;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights of others;
- resell or sublicense access to Passin without our written permission.
Enforcement
We may suspend an API key, an app or an account that breaks this policy, and will tell you why unless the law or an ongoing investigation prevents it. Report abuse to contact@passin.io.
