Billing
Payments for our platform services and for the products we operate are processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and other providers where offered. Card details go directly to the payment provider; we never see or store them.
What charges look like on your statement

PASSIN* <name> | A purchase on one of the products we operate. The part after PASSIN* is the product's website address. |
PASSIN.IO | A Passin platform invoice, or a product purchase when your bank does not show the part after PASSIN*. |
Not sure which purchase a charge belongs to? Email us the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card, and we will tell you.
Receipts
Receipts are emailed after every payment. Platform service invoices go to the email on your account. Product purchases go to the address you used on that product.
Questions about a charge
Write to contact@passin.io with the date, amount and last four digits of the card. Please contact us before disputing with your bank — refunds through us are faster.
